Contacts MUST be prescribed by an eye doctor. They are medical devices.

1) Yes, you will be able to tell. If they fall out when you blink they’re too big. If you can’t see the outer rim of the contacts around your pupil when you look in the mirror they’re too small (and they’d be uncomfortable).
